This project required the addition of several unusual rooms to an existing residence, bound by strict zoning regulations towards the rear where the addition was planned. In order to overcome the limited building area and to accommodate the different functions—a gymnasium, an indoor swimming pool, and a breakfast tower—a collage design strategy was followed.
