This residence was the first of three versions produced in the hope of obtaining a zoning variance from the Village of Saddle Rock where the site is located. The site is a very steep waterfront property on the Little Neck Bay with spectacular views of the Throgs Neck Bridge. Unable to obtain a zoning variance for a design he saw fit to build, the Owner has since sold the property.
