Gaw Place is a thirty-two unit apartment building built on a one hundred by one hundred urban corner property. The building consists of two parking levels, one half a level below grade, and four residential levels above, each containing eight dwelling units. The building contains an inner zone at each residential floor where various tenant amenities are provided: a community room on the second floor, dedicated storage cubicles on the third and fourth floors, and a gymnasium on the fifth floor.
