This thirty-two story 100,000-square-foot, 202-unit apartment building has been designed with two main goals: one, to provide the occupants with the best possible views of Manhattan, and two, to make the building as “green” as possible within a competitive construction budget. The building is to soar proudly in its environment and serve as a landmark for the City of Union City.
